Justin Tubbs is a 6’3 combo guard out of East Tennessee State who made his NBL Canada debut as a member of the expansion franchise, Ottawa Skyhawks. Tubbs had a great first year and was his team’s second leading scorer with 17ppg. His amazing leaping ability helped him provide more than his fair share of electric finishes high above the rim.

Big things are definitely in store for J Tubbs!
