NBL Canada Stories: Anthony Johnson

During the 2012 NBL Canada draft, Anthony Johnson was made the second overall selection by the Moncton Miracles.  He would subsequently be traded and landed in Windsor where he was one of three players on the team to play in all 40 regular season contests for the Express.  The 6’5 forward would help the Express advance to the playoffs but they were defeated by the Storm in five games and his first year in NBL Canada would come to a close.  Johnson took his talents overseas where he experienced great success and traveled the world the next three years playing the game he loves. Looking to now play a bit closer to home, Johnson turns his sights in the playing in Canada once again. This is his story…
